What happens if one of my renewal payments fails?

If a renewal payment fails, you'll receive an email notification and our billing system will attempt to re-try your payment once per day for the next three days. If we are still unable to process your renewal payment after the 4th attempt, your account will be automatically downgraded to a standard "free" account. Once you figure out why your credit card is not accepting the charge, you can upgrade again.
