What exactly do you mean by my URL can't break out of frames?

The TrafficSwarm Start Page system uses frames, which is why we require that the URLs you promote via TrafficSwarm don't "break out" of frames.

Some people intentionally code their web pages in a way that prevents them from being framed, but the TrafficSwarm system needs to do so.

If you haven't specifically coded your web pages to break out of frames, then they should be fine.
